Renovating your parquet

If your wooden floor is still thick enough for sanding, you might consider renovation instead of replacement.

We use Bona, a Swedish market leader since 1919, known for its sustainable approach to parquet treatments. This ensures a clean and efficient renovation process.

Dust-free sanding

Our sanding machines are connected to vacuum systems that minimize dust. Once your floor is sanded and all scratches and marks are removed, we treat it with oils that protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty.

Installing new parquet

When installing new parquet, it’s the perfect time to consider adding soundproofing underneath. Depending on the location, this can significantly improve comfort.

To choose the right wood type for your needs and budget, we recommend visiting our suppliers, who offer a wide range of wood species.

We prefer to treat the parquet ourselves to ensure the protective layer is properly absorbed into the wood. This is only necessary for untreated parquet; factory-treated wood does not require additional treatment.

Installing LVT flooring

LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) is a compressed vinyl flooring suitable for humid areas and easy to clean with water. This makes it an excellent option for rental properties. LVT is highly durable and resistant to wear, while also offering a wide range of stylish designs, including wood, stone, concrete, marble, and tile effects.

Before installation, we ensure the floor is perfectly level, whether it is a concrete screed, tiled floor, or wooden subfloor. If necessary, we level it before laying the LVT.

Tile installation

A new tile floor can transform your space.

For choosing tiles, we recommend visiting our suppliers unless you have already made your selection. We will also discuss the skirting options with you—wood or tile skirting? After this, we ensure a perfect base before laying the tiles.

For wooden subfloors, we often use an OSB board with a waterproof membrane to create a stable surface for tiling.

We carefully design the layout to achieve the desired visual effect, such as making a room appear larger. The grout color is also chosen carefully for a flawless finish.

Carpet is an attractive option because it provides comfort, particularly in terms of acoustics, and offers excellent value for money.

Carpet flooring

Carpet must be installed on a smooth, clean surface. We ensure all imperfections are corrected before installation. The choice of glue or adhesive tape depends on the type of carpet and the area to be covered. Our experts will guide you in making the best decision.

Carpeted stairs

First, you need to decide on the aesthetic: do you want full coverage of the steps and risers, or just a central carpet strip? This choice determines the preparation work—if certain parts remain visible, they must be sanded, painted, or treated with Bona oil before installation.
