Partitions & False Ceilings: Optimize Your Space
Want to modify your space or create extra room? A few partition walls or a new ceiling can make all the difference.
Installing Partition Walls
Installing plasterboard (Gyproc) partitions is often an excellent solution. Depending on the situation (between two bedrooms, a shared wall, toilets, etc.), thermal and/or acoustic insulation can be integrated into the metal framework.
Additionally, before installing the plasterboards, the structure can be reinforced with OSB panels and wooden battens. Once the plasterboards are in place, they will be coated with filler and painted in the color of your choice.
Installing False Ceilings
Dreaming of recessed spotlights in your ceiling? Bothered by noise from the upper floor? Or is your ceiling in poor condition?
These are all cases where installing a false ceiling can be a great solution. We first check with you to ensure that after the work, your ceiling height will remain between 2.65 m and 2.70 m, ensuring the space does not feel cramped.
If everything is good to go, we install a metal framework, the required thermal and/or acoustic insulation, and then plasterboard (Gyproc), which is finished with filler and painted. For humid spaces like bathrooms, we use moisture-resistant plasterboards. If needed, we can also install fire-resistant (RF) finishing boards.
